Dear Barbara Jean,

There is a lot going on here. In general, you feel you walk alone in life and that you have a calling. That is indicated by walking down the hall by yourself and having to use the bathroom (i.e. "duty" calls).

You had to step over an obstacle on the floor i.e. your cousin to get where you needed to go i.e. the bathroom where "duty calls". You were called to do something or go somewhere in your life and you had an obstable.

The fact that you were stepping over your cousin tells me that you overcame the obstacle.

The fact that this was a family member tells me the obstacle is family-related and by being dead, this tells me it is a "dead" issue. One that may no longer be talked about but is still there, in your psyche, nonetheless.

You are telling him to get up so that no one will trip and get hurt. You are addressing or have addressed this obstacle with your family and are trying to protect other people.

As a recap, your duty in life is to protect other people and it is evident that at some point in your life you had trouble with your family over this. I feel they tried to hold you back but you overcame it so go ahead and pat yourself on the back. You deserve it. You moved forward. The dream is reiterating as such AND reminding you of what you are on this earth to do. You did not disclose your profession but it is more than likely a position where you protect other people.
